Refund policy
If you do not like the delivered goods, you can return them within 14 days without giving a reason.
The returned product must be in its original condition and without signs of use or damage. Used products cannot be returned, for example, for hygienic reasons.
How to proceed when returning goods?
Return of goods via Packet
1. Contact us at our email info@doccariequestrian.com
- Enter the order number in the subject (eg: #1001 - return of goods)
- If possible, state the reason for the return
- Contacting us by email will help us process the return.
2. Prepare the goods you want to return
- Fill out the return form
- Pack the goods properly together with the form in opaque packaging (ideally in the original packaging) so that it is protected during transport.
3. Take the package to the nearest Packet drop-off point
- Location information can be found at: https://www.packeta.sk/pobocky
- Say the code " 97275673 " at the point of entry
- Take the receipt of the package
- Wait for the confirmation email that the shipment has arrived at our warehouse.
- If everything is in order, we will return the money to your bank account within 14 working days.

Return of goods from abroad
- Czech Republic and Hungary: Bring the shipment to the delivery point and the operator will dictate the identifier sent by us.
- Other countries: To return the package, you must use the return addresses in the given destinations. You can find them here . The address on the shipment must be given in the format shown on the Packety website.
- In most countries, you have to choose a specific carrier for delivery. Therefore, check in advance that the return address accepts shipments sent via the carrier you want to choose. You can find this information in the details of each return address, either directly under the specified address or under the icon. If the shipment will be delivered by another carrier, for procedural reasons it will not be possible to accept or process the shipment at the return address.
- Do not send cash on delivery. Shipments with cash on delivery will not be accepted for transport at return addresses.
