GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. Trader Identification

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter also referred to as the “GTC”) govern the legal relations between the company:

(hereinafter also referred to as the “Seller” or “Trader”)

and any person who is a Buyer of products offered by the Seller via the Seller’s website and who acts as a consumer within the meaning of applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic, in particular Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection, as amended, and Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code, as amended.

II. Definition of Terms

2.1. For the purposes of these GTC, the Trader defines the following terms in accordance with Act No. 108/2024 Coll., as amended:

2.2. A distance contract is a contract concluded between the Trader and the Consumer under an organised distance sales system without the simultaneous physical presence of the Trader and the Consumer, using one or more means of distance communication, in particular online interfaces, email, telephone, fax, addressed letters, or catalogues.

2.3. Trader (Seller) means a person acting within the scope of their business or professional activity in relation to a consumer contract or commercial practice, including through another person acting on their behalf.

2.4. Consumer means a natural person who, in relation to a consumer contract or commercial practice, does not act within the scope of their business or professional activity.

2.5. Consumer contract means any contract concluded between a trader and a consumer, regardless of its legal form.

2.6. Online store is identical to electronic store and website.

2.7. Buyer means any person (natural or legal) who places an order, mainly via the Seller’s website or other means of distance communication.

2.8. Durable medium means a tool that enables the consumer or trader to store information addressed to them for a period adequate to its purpose and allows unchanged reproduction and future use, such as paper, email, USB, CD, DVD, memory card, or hard drive.

2.9. Product means goods, services, or digital content.

2.10. Service means any activity or performance offered or provided to a consumer.

2.11. Goods means any tangible movable item.

 

 

III. Basic Provisions

3.1. These GTC govern the legal relations between Buyers who are consumers and the Trader.

3.2. Legal relations with Buyers who are not consumers are governed by Act No. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code, as amended.

 

 

IV. Order – Conclusion of Purchase Contract

4.1. The Buyer’s order placed via the Seller’s website or other distance communication means constitutes a proposal to conclude a purchase contract.

4.2. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the Buyer receives confirmation of order acceptance sent by the Seller to the Buyer’s email address provided in the order process.

 

 

V. Duration of the Purchase Contract

5.1. The purchase contract is concluded for a fixed term and terminates upon fulfilment of all obligations of both parties, in particular delivery and payment of the products.

 

 

VI. Purchase Price

6.1. The price of products is stated individually for each product and is valid at the moment the order is placed.

6.2. All prices include taxes and are clearly displayed on the website.

 

 

VII. Delivery of Products

7.1. The Seller shall fulfil the order and deliver products within a maximum of 60 days from the conclusion of the contract and payment of the total order price.

The usual dispatch time is 1–3 days after payment.

 

 

VIII. Transfer of Ownership

8.1. Ownership and risk of accidental damage pass to the Buyer upon delivery.

 

 

IX. Payment Methods

9.1. Payment methods:

  • Online payment via GoPay payment gateway – free of charge

 

 

X. Shipping

10.1. Shipping costs are not included in the product price.

10.2. Delivery methods and prices:

  • Slovak Post: EUR 3

  • Courier service: EUR 3

  • Personal pickup: EUR 0

 

 

XI. Withdrawal from Contract (without reason)

11.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within the statutory period, except for legally excluded cases (services fully performed, custom-made goods, perishable goods, etc.).

(Sections 11.2 – 11.14 remain legally binding exclusions in accordance with Slovak consumer law.)

 

 

XII. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

12.1. The consumer may withdraw within 14 days (or 30 days in specific cases) depending on contract type.

12.6. Withdrawal may be made in written form or via a durable medium, including use of a withdrawal form.

12.7. The withdrawal period is considered met if the notice is sent before the deadline.

12.8. Withdrawal may apply to individual products within one order.

 

 

XIII. Rights and Obligations After Withdrawal

13.1. The consumer must return goods within 14 days.

13.2. The consumer bears return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

13.3. The consumer is liable for diminished value of goods due to improper handling.

13.4. The consumer may be required to pay for services already provided prior to withdrawal.

 

 

XIV. Obligations of the Trader After Withdrawal

14.1. The trader must refund all payments within 14 days.

14.5. Refunds are made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

XVII. Additional Provisions

17.1. No sale of alcohol or age-restricted products to persons under 18 years. Age verification may be required upon delivery.

 

 

XVIII. Codes of Conduct

18.1. The Trader is not bound by any specific code of conduct.

 

 

XIX. Product Reviews

19.1. The Trader does not verify that reviews originate only from verified purchasers.

 

 

XX. Final Provisions

20.1. The Seller reserves the right to change these GTC. The updated version is published on the website.

20.2. These GTC form an integral part of the complaint policy and privacy policy.

20.3. These GTC are effective from 08.07.2025.
