In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”), Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, and Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications, the Controller hereby provides the Data Subject (the Buyer), from whom personal data are obtained, with the following information:

This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions published on the Seller’s website.

The Seller informs consumers that there are no specific codes of conduct to which the Seller has committed. A code of conduct means an agreement or set of rules defining the Seller’s conduct in relation to specific business practices or sectors, which are not established by law.

Personal data are stored only for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose of the contract and for the period required by applicable legal regulations.

Where the Data Subject has consented to marketing communications, personal data will be processed until such consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 10 years.
